How to find NEW Customers

Offer a free giveaway, like the Thermo-O -Tote, for signing up to receive your newsletter. You get their email address and they get a giveaway with your name and message on it that will be seen every time they go grocery shopping – a double win for you! Whether you set up a notepad in your store or have a sign up page on your website, gathering the email addresses of potential customers allows you to follow up with them.

Establish a trade relationship with a non-competing company that services your desired clientele. They’ll pass out your Business Card Magnet and you’ll pass out theirs. Both companies come out looking great because you’re giving the customer something for nothing!

Target a neighborhood that draws traffic to your location. Leave an “info kit” with flyer detailing your services and, most importantly, your location and hours of operation. Roll everything up and put it inside a Sports Bottle and you’ve turned your info kit into a “must open”.
